Alivexis, Inc. (Headquartered in Minato-ku, Tokyo; CEO S. Roy Kimura, the “Company”) today announced that it has entered into an option agreement with Ciconia Bioventures Inc. (Headquartered in Fujisawa city, Kanagawa; Representative Director Toshio Fujimoto, “Ciconia”), regarding preclinical-stage compounds discovered by the Company, under which Ciconia will conduct incubation activities.

Under this Option Agreement, the Company grants Ciconia the right to obtain necessary data with the objective of advancing the incubation compounds into an asset capable of leading to the establishment of an innovative startup, and Ciconia will promote the incubation activities. The Company will be responsible for managing the data generation required for such incubation activities.
